OPNET Error: Multiple true transitions from state (idle)

Hello, I am using opnet modeler 16.0 and trying to simulate csma operation. I built the csma model but facing some error. I need help to fix this. The message shows like this:

Multiple true transitions from state (idle)
T (7110.17), EV (16854), MOD (top.Office Network.node_10.tx_proc), PROC (sim_pro_err_transit)
