Is CrossWorks for ARM the best IDE?
Work well with Wiggler?

yes, from i'm testing Crossworks 1.7 on Ubuntu. It work very well with my Wiggler.

I ask this because Rowley offer a free CrossConnect Lite with any purchase of a CrossWorks, but I have also a original wiggler.
