Can I use the 0603 packet smd capacitors at 60v.
(Capacitors values are 100nF and 10nF.)

Also dou you know max. operating voltages of other packets?

Hi,
Operating voltages are in generally around 50v. For high values in small footprints (ex. 1uF in 1206, not polarised), the voltage is lower. It depends on the construction and the dielectric. The best choice would be to consult the datasheets of the caps you want to use, or datasheets from a common manufacturer of such devices .

Dear bunalmis,

I think the best, most simple and cheap way will be to connect
two 0603 in series:

To get 11nF (Closest to the 10nF you wanted):

o------||------||------o
22nF 22nF
35V 35V

To get 110nF (Closest to the 100nF you wanted):

o------||------||------o
220nF 220nF
35V 35V

Easy does it

Regards,

Pazam
