Hi,

Would it be possible to use 2.5v mos I/O devices or 3.3v devices using 1V supply ??

Thanks.

There is no problem, except that the higher voltage devices have higher threshold voltages and so it's harder to design at 1V supply

THANKS MSSN

How about 1v vertical pnp device or 1v mos devices? how much maximum supply these devices are supposed to handle safely ? Can I operate them with any supply ( say 2.5V or 3.3V) ?

Thanks in advance.

It depends on whether it is transient or u apply this supply for a long time, anyway, u should contact the foundry and ask them about the maximum supply and its effect on the devices reliability.
