OpenTCP is a open TCP/IP stack software library. When it is implemented based on uC/OS-II. How to assign the task? Priority?

I've download the ucip, also I've run the ucos on win32 (windows xp), but how to run the ucip on win32? please help me because i got stuck to make tcp ip application server-client for uCOS-II. I need sample source code to run or give me guide to links. Please...
