greetings, i have openCV and codeblocks installed in my ubuntu 10.4. First, i made an upper body detection with Camera 1. when i ran it, it runs pretty well. Then i inserted eye detection to camera 2. after i coded some codes for camera 2, the program did not work. if i click on build and run, it shows a console but then the video that the cameras can see does not appear. what could be the cause of this?

your first program ran, so i assume you've setup opencv properly. post your code to pastebin or codepad, and post the link here.

i think we already know what the problem is, the USB port is overloaded and it's bandwidth is not sufficient enough to run 2 cameras. this we don't know how to fix. do you know how to fix it?
