How can I connect an opamp to in such a way that the opamp output signal can trigger my microcontroller. Could someone help me please

I presume you are talking about a digital signal.

You should limit the level to the range accepted by the µC and assure to send valid logic levels. Depending on the function of the respective input, slow edges may be a problem. In this case, an external schmitt trigger should be connected. Or use an µC input with schmitt trigger or analog comparator function.

You can also use an analog input and apply a trigger threshold to the ADC output value.
