Opamp noise equation - units

Hi guys, I am trying to figure out how the OPAMP gm comes in A/V. I tried different approachs but didn't arrived to that conclusion.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question "how the OPAMP gm comes in A/V". Standard op amps don't have gm.

Transconductance as the name says is a parameter how circuit changes voltage to current so this is the reason for Siemens as unit.
