hi folks,

Can suggest any achitecture available to desgin diff. to single ended opamp using npn & resistor only ... pnp /pmos not availabe in thise process.

thanks in advance

i guess we can't use active loads in this process ?

yes ..we cant use active load ...because no pnp device available ..u only can be npn & resistors in these particular process.. so any architecture availabe to design diff. 2 single ended opamp by using these devices only.. thanks in advance

hi selvaraja,

u can use resistively loaded diff pair actually, but u will hav lower output impedance and voltage gain.
But this can be improve by using degenaration below the diff pair.

i do not know abt any other architecture, if somebody does, pls tell.
thx.

rgds,
chu
