onchip color lcd + wlan supported cpu

i need advise about selecting a platform for my handheld device idea.

my base requirements are ,

- no bga packages - for my prototyping

- >70mips processing performance

- color tft lcd driver - i prefer on chip driver

- easy to use low cost connectivity colution for wi-fi.
i mean application notes or open source projects, reference designs or
anything usable for make this baby talk 802.11. for instance compact
flash interface etc.

- internal or external digital audio codec

- uclinux / wince support


i ve seen they use ISL3893 by hacking wireless access points etc but i need lcd interface and some i/o also.

i need recommendation on arm - soc or any other platform, development tools, toolchain etc.

now I need some thousands of:

integrated TFT controller
>75MHz
Linux or WinCE enabled
LQFP package

microcontrollers and development boards.

Your advises are welcome!
