offset voltage about amplifier

Could you tell me the value of offset voltage about amplifier without auto-zero techniques?
 

there is in your process match report

As I know, the offest voltage for bipolar is less than that of CMOS, if 5mv for CMOS, what value for bipolar?
 

Normally Op.Amp. offset voltage contains two parts:
(1) random offset
Vosr=△Vt + 0.5*(Vg-Vt)*(△R/R + △K/K)
(2) systematic offset
smaller than random offset
