ntsc to pal convertor circuit

hello all
I am new in this forum.
can u ppl help me out .....
Recently my tv got out of order.
I want to play playstation 2 on my old tv.
But in my old tv there is no s-vedio port. After consulting with one of my friend I came to know that to play ps2 on using my old tv (SONY 14") I need to buy a NTSC to PAL converter.
I have a little experiance on electrical curcuits.

So if anyone gives me the circuit diagram of NTSC to PAL converter to me I would be very greatful.

Cuz I want to make this own.

NTSC -> PAL is complicated. Does the playstation have composite video out? Convert video to pal instead. Otherwise you need a frame converter - quite complex and expensive.
