NTSC to PAL Converter option for Cyberhome CH-DVD 300

Hi,

I have Cyberhome CH-DVD 300 & Panasonic TV (Old model works only on PAL). I get black & white picture. Whereas in Other Tv's picture quality is clolor & Perfect.

Can anyone tell me settings to convert NTSC to PAL converter for DVD or Suggest interfacing circuit.
