I need to somehow remotely identify a person by her identification allowing / disallowing access.
In the first case I needed to make it work at a distance of the order of 10 m
Any as **broken link removed**
in my opinion, the not problem transmitter with fixed code tapping and clone.
There is a secure solution?

In the second case instead of entering the code.
My chice is any RFID any as **broken link removed**
Again,is not problem this RFID clone
There is a secure solution?

Use strong cryptography for the identification check and secure processors to store the key.

The problem is most commonly available 433/868 MHz Remote key are only one-way for **broken link removed**
and if I'm not mistaken, just tapping x bits that transmit and broadcast the same sequence.

You do not know how it is with NFC Label Tag as **broken link removed**
In section Security write Anti-cloning support by unique 7-byte serial number for each device, but it is applies only to copy to another chip NTAG203, if I send bite sequencyfrom MCU (over RF 13,56MHz transmitter) ??????

Your intention may be unreachable with some products. One-way transmission restricts the usage of strong cryptography. You can refer to moderately safe rolling key methods as used for car remote control.
