resistor values in the range of 23.1Mohm to 2Mohm calculated for the tempearature from 100 to 1500degree as a voltage in specific node of my calculation.i have to use these node voltage as a resistor element value for a parallel rlc circuit.how to model this.please help me. i am in urgent to do this

Please, try to reformulate your problem. perhaps other forum members understand what you mean - sorry, but I don`t.

Do you mean non-linearity or temperature dependency? Linear and quadratic temperature coefficients are modelled in Pspice. Non-linear resistors can be modelled by behavioral elements, e.g. controlled sources with polynominal characteristic. Refer to the Pspice reference.

In any case, the non-linear or temperature dependent behaviour must be exactly specified to be able to model it.
