Nokia 6111 keypad bust

Hello,
Merry Christmas everyone. I have just got my daughter a Nokia 6111 for her birthday (boxing day) and the 2 and 3 on the keypad do not work. If anyone has pictures that show how to take the phone apart i would be eternally grateful.

Many thanks for the picture. I managed to find a video of someone taking the Nokia apart. I only had to get to the keypad and when i got there i found 2 very small pieces of plastic floating around. These were stopping the 2 and 3 buttons from being pressed down. All fixed now though.
