Hi:

I am trying to perform noise analysis on a cmos amplifier circuit with Hspice. I want to measure the contribution from each transistor by using some commands in Hspice, but I can not find an example. The only way I can get this figure is to use Awaves, in which a variable "nt(mn)" represents the output noise PSD contributed by transistor n. By ingegrating nt(mn), I can get the output noise power contributed by this transistor.
I tried to figure out to use a similar method in Hspice by using:
.measure ad noise_power_m1 integral onoise(nt(m1)) from=1hz to=10e12hz
but I got a value of '0'.
If anybody can tell me the right command for this purpose? Thanks in advance.
