Noise Figure of Gilbert Cell

hi,
can you help me how can i improve the noise figure of the gilbert bjt circuit i dont know why the noise figure is so high do i do somethings wrong
can you help me about that. Is this because of biasing?
also the IP3 is so bad. why this is like that. what do i do wrong?
