noise figure - how to transfer to ambient temperature

noise figure

HI:
I have some questions about noise figure,i need your help.
we konw noise figure is defined for a noise source at a reference temperature of 290K,then is the reference temperature same to environment temperature or the real temperature of the system at work?
and T=(F-1)To ,if my system is working at 55 deg, then is T is also =(F-1)290K?
