Hello,

I built a squaring circuit for OOK demodulation which squares the rf input signal due to its nonlinearity, thus mixing it down to dc. Now, I want to simulate the Noise Figure of that circuit in Cadence? What simulation do I need to use? Is it a PSS simulation? What is the beat frequency if the circuit converts the signal to dc?

Thank you for your help.

Best regards,
Daniel
