For DC circuits analysis I like mesh (loop) method to be the best because the node analysis is very complex. Now our teacher asked us to solve AC circuits with node analysis.
Is there any simple method to solve AC circuits.
The wikipedia article on mesh analysis uses an AC circuit as an example. Basically you should use the impedance (ac) instead of resistance (dc). For example 1/sC for capacitors sL for inductors.
I think what if you find difficult the nodal analysis is because you have not reached a good understanding.
Both, mesh analysis and node allow write the equations using mnemonics rules within the same level of complexity.
Personally I prefer the analysis of nodes because the system of equations is unique (there's always different path in mesh analysis) and except in special cases, the resulting system has one equation less.
