I have on specific question.
Does anyone have any idea how to replace NiMh battery with some kind simulation circuit.
I would need that for testing charging circuits.
The temperature doesn't matter as long it's not measured by the charger, the pressure doesn't anyway.
Basically, the simulator needs a good model for the static and dynamic battery behaviour. Differential equations can replace the real world physics and chemistry.
A 4-quadrant power supply respectively DC power amplifier (e.g. a Kepco device) and a controller can do.
I'm not really interested into chemistry emulation. I'd like to simulate battery functionality to make test of different phases of battery charging and state when battery is fully charged.
