Hello - My name is Mike; I am new to the group. I am currently starting a design for an RF PA that I intend to operate in the HF/VHF spectrum as class AB, CW and SSB. I would like to design around this Freescale module: MRF6VP2600HR5. The data sheet specifies 600w peak @ CW, and I am looking at using 4 of them for a 1.2-1.5 kW PA.
I would simply like some input before proceeding; I am not an engineer, so that is my reason for posting. Any pertinent information would be helpful.
