NEWBIE TO ASIC DESIGN

Can anyone suggest how to start my preparation for updating myself to ASIC DESIGN concepts .
I have 1 year of exp working in applications involving Mixed signal FPGA , programming in VHDL .

u can go through book on ASIC by Michael John Bebastian Smith / Introduction to VLSI Design by Neil Weste and VDL / Verilog go through J.Bhasker
