I would graduate in 2006 with a master's degree.

I have been doing research on RFIC(LNA and Mixer) since I did my thesis for my bachelor's degree.

And during my graduate study,
I have been respingsible to circuit design and optimization for a low voltage supply mixer with new topology and common gate LNA with active inductor load;
been responsible to circuit design, optimization, layout and test for single to differential common source LNA and Mixer that could work with single LO input.

I hope to continue my research with RFIC.

Any company would take a chance on me?

Hai Si semiconductor of HuaWei may be your choice.
 

In fact, haisi want asic not rfic designer..
Some who has had interview with them just told me.
And I have registered in 51 jobs.
Experience seems to be a must.
Thanks for your suggestion anyway.
I am thinking of other plans.

As I found in its website, it has not muchtings to do with rfic but analog and digital products.
