hello

I cretaed a new symbol in PROTEUS. I want to use this symbol in simulation and added SPICEMODEL=6N and SPICEFILE=6N.lib to "text" definition of component. 6N.lib is actually SUBCKT file acc to SPICE syntax. Simulation runs smoothly and without any error. But when I look at output pin, I don't see the signal expected. It is just stayed at Vcc level. It seems modelling has not been accepted, but My questions are:

1-) Is the file extension correct? Should it be .lib, .sml or something else?
2-) What is SML exactly?
3-) Is it important into which folder I put SPICEFILE?

Thanks for anybody's help. I am really stuck.

Thanks and regards
