Hi all,
My network analyzer could not be powered on. So I suspect it is the problem of the power supply.
Any one who is familiar with this problem?
Also, is there any tips to repair it?
Thank you very much

1. Some power line maybe disconnect.
2. The power supply module maybe down, because some capacitor or inductance be down. So you can replace it.
And be very caution, the instruments are very complex to open it.
You should better find a schematics of E8361A in internet.

There should be a service manual available at agilent.com. Service manuals of newer instruments down contain schematics, but at least should give hints about fault localization and basic information like enclosure disassembly, fuses, block diagram, module location.

That is a pretty nice(expensive) machine. other than simple checks for the fuse or power cord....I would probably take it to a real service center for repair.

Hi guys,
Thank you all for the information.
Service guide is a helpful tool to locate a problem. But to solve a problem, I choose to find a repair store to fix it.
I do find 3 stores (BRL TEST; Avalon Test Equipment Repair; Custom calibration solutions. LLC) other than Agilent that can try to repair it with lower expense.
