netlsit from smic180nm to tsmc130nm

i have a gate level netlist based smic180nm tech
now how can i get a corresponding netlist using tsmc130nm tech ?

As far as I know, that's Impossible.
 

Yes possible with DC. But its not as accurate as synthesized netlist from RTL with targeted library.

Step1: smic180nm library in linked library.
Step2 : tsmc130nm library in Target library.
Step3. Link the design and use the command called TRASLATE in DC.

The equivalent cells are translated and report will be generate if DC cant find the equivalent cells in target library. Carefully look into the log.

Best thing is synthesize again if you can access Golden RTL.

it's right to use DC according to the description as above
 

Depends on how libraries are built, it's likely you get a clean translation if the design doesnt use special gates.
