import orcad netlist to pcad

Please let me know the detail procedure how to bring the nets from oracad schematic into PCAD layout.

which version of pcad and orcad you use?
Try the following steps.

Define footprint in orcad schematics
Generate netlist in pcad/tango format
Load netlist into PCAD.
