negative voltage regulator problem

If your "220 ohm resistor" is actually only 22 ohms then the current in the pot might be 57mA which might burn the pot if its resistance is set low.

unfortunately, the res checks good. i'am going to start over, make a new board use all new componets and will post results. meanwhile, thank you for your interest I really appreciate it. bye for now. pg
