Negative Voltage reference

Hi,

I need to generate a negative voltage reference (-5V) for DAC IC. Tried implementing this circuit but I get -2.57V instead of -5V from the output pin of Opamp w.r.t. COM.

Here is my wiring diagram. Can you please point out my mistakes? Neg V_reference.png

You are using a different reference (LT1416) then the ADR127 shown in the schematic. I'm not sure they both act the same in that circuit. You might double check all the connections.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I rewired the circuit and it worked.
