negative supply switch

Hi,

I want to implement a negative supply load switch with using p and n channel mosfet. The switch will be controlled with 3.3V microcontroller.

How may i design this circuit?

thanks

You want to impliment circuit that is called low side driver.

There is many structure about the type circuit in the industry.

You can google it . and examine the datasheet to build up your circuit.

negative supply switching

Actually What i want is not a low side driver.
A low side driver switches the ground. The load is energized with the supply.
I have load, which is normaly connected to the ground, and i want to switch the negative supply with using a 3.3V microcontroller I/O.
