Hi everyone
I'm designing a negative resistance circuit using a mesfet with two stubs connected to it to compensate the losses in a microstrip ring resonator.
I need to obtain a -5900 Ohms resistance to completely cancel the losses so my question is: how can I generate a real resistance value of -5900 ohms with the neg res circuit as this one only deliver complex impedance value?
What is the correspondance?
Thks a lot for your answers.
Regards

This tutorial will help you to understand how to generaate negative resistance.
