negative gate bias

Hi all,
I would like to seek your help in figuring out how to turn on and off my negative (-10v) supply using a positive logic signal (+3.3V to 0V).
Thank you

Hi,
You need a transistor between GND & Minus parts with control-input (base), than apply some voltage shift between your logic output and ithe control-in: >> it should function...

Thanks a lot guys. can you please explain how this circuit work?
Thanks again

Hi,
Becouse base is on GND & if the cotrol out is zero= your transistor can not open, it has no B-E current; on the FETs Gate is-10V.
others is the Tr. oened if base-emitetr hase trough the 3V/1K a control current & makes the FETs status change...
