need urgent help - pwm program with 8051

hi... i want do pwm program with 8051.. program is finrly working.. but m using sl100 darlington pair to drive the motor,but the transisters are buring out after few minutes,even i checked the current ratung, its more than sufficient... plz help me out... very soon plz.....

Try using ULN2003A between 8051 and Motor. Post your circuit so that it can be analyzed for errors.

Did you use freewheel diode?
It is necessary to protect transistor when it drives inductive load.

Test your circuit with a smaller resistive load or a bulb ..
Once you’re satisfied THEN you can try your real load ..

Replace the transistor SL100. Like TIP122, etc.
