Need tutorials for programming in EDK 8.1

Guys!, I have recently got EDK 8.1 version. I have started using it...But it appears very complicated for programming. That is I'm stuck up with the syntax itself. I don't know how to write code in that tool,not even a bit. I have looked a galnce about that IDE and the options it has, but I couldn't see any Xilinx manuals discribing how to code in edk in steps. Is there any books or any site which has brief tutorials for beginners?....Please kindly share any links available friends!....Thanks
