Hi, i'm finding a electronic device which sends alphanumeric digits like (A34KdF30) over Local Area Network (LAN/Ethernet) and then wait for reply after a positive reply form server/application it will trigger the relay is there any device to fulfill my needs? Help please

These are known as 'access control' systems in the security industry. I don't think they are cheap. Check (for example) **broken link removed** maybe they have what you need.
If you wish to implement it yourself, you'd need a microcontroller board with an Ethernet interface of course, and
maybe PoE so you can power it from the same line.
Maybe the products download the access rules (maybe they are 'pushed'), so that even if the
connection breaks, access is possible. I don't know.
Also, decent products will employ some encryption technique.
