Need suitable controller in any family please suggest me

hi friends
i am new to this embedded world. for my project i am going to use the following applications

1) eeprom interfacing
2)inbuilt RTC
3) 5 analog sensors
4)2 i2c,2 spi(totally 4 communication protocol)
5)LCD interfacing(may be graphical or touch screen)
6)one RS232 interfacing

please suggest me i have to start my project as soon as fast....
any family u suggest me....

i am looking for ur reply ..

PIC33 should be able to.... new series even have touch screen controller built in
 

a simple atmega 8 will do..
and for a beginner, its great..
 


This is too much for a beginner. Try something simple
