I would like to get a solution for this from someone who has experience.

Application:
Collect data from the devices within a range of 150 metres.

Practical Conditions:
No Line of sight.
Eg:- Malls,Office Complexes,Flats

Not preferring the GSM communication

What could be the solution.?

There are many other considerations you have to take before deciding the type and power of the RF link required... other than the distance...

For RF front end:
What is your required data rate (if it is a transducer what is the sampling rate)?

For protocol:
Do you need a secure link?

point to point, multicast or broad cast?

etc.
