Need Steps to load firmware for ICD2

I am trying to build MPLab ICD2 debugger, could anyone who had made ICD2 debugger can give steps for building ICD2 programmer.

Which of version ICD2 debuger you want to do ?
I have this version - see picture.

You get lot of information in the CD given with ICD2. or take help from the menu option.
