Need some help please

Hi i'am trying to build this PCB drill machine, but i'am not very good in programming, can someone PLEASE help with this project. The code listning is from page 29 ->.

Hi,

I think i undersatnd you what you want some write a code which is published in this pdf file nobody can do that it is your baby and you run alone on this path with any help lot of pages so no body do that the code was written in vb-6 and pic code written in hi-tech c so let start the work from today may be one day you get

a better solution is there search post by me you will find nice design which
is published in elektor and i uplaoded it here
