Need simple circuit for activating LED upon 1.45vdc

Need it for solar charging my NIMH batteries. I would like to know when the cells have reached fully charged voltage of around 1.45v.

Hi
I think your question is how can we become sure that the battery is full ? is it correct?
If yes, i should say to you that when the battery is full , its internal resistance is low and when is not full , its internal resistance is high.
