need serial port communication using qt creator

i want to start directly with serial port communication using Qt creator ...
please provide me all the help....

I have successfully build the library for using qextserial ...and successfully able to write the data in serial port using GUI made in qt creator.....but couldn't read the data from serial port in my qt GUI .....so please help me...
