For PIC you can try the dissassembler that cames with PCW. I already use it and it's very nice. For scenix i don´t know any dissassembler.

using icprog you can disasembly Pic programs.

You can use Microchip's MPLAB for disassembly. Simply load the hex file and open the program window.
You can see the disassembled code then.

if you properly want too fully disasemble use nitic acid ro olium to disolve the case

i used it and it runs aok.....
