ubicom linux

The source is a .tgz, not a rar. I have successfully tested the build
download and build procedure on a machine running SUSE 11.0
as well as a machine running ubuntoo.

The part to consider is the IP5XXX, not the IP3023. The IP5XXX has a significantly
improved memory interface a much better debugging capabilities. The IP5XXX is also
the target for a linux port to be available in the near future.
