Hi all,

I am in need of Chemical Filling compound for My PCB Circuit. This should be serviceable. It should be removeable.
Can anyone please suggest the chemical filling compound which does not affect my PCB performance.

Regards,
V. Prakash

Hi,

do a search for "printed circuit potting compound".

which does not affect my PCB performance.
Which kind of performance?
DC, LF, HF?
absolute values or drift?
temperature, humidity, dirt, acceleration?

"Chemical Filling compound" is a completely vague description. Seriously I'm little motivated to think about question details if you can't tell what you want to achieve.

Least effect on the "sealed" circuit would be achived by coating. But even a thin coating increases circuit capacitiances.

All chemicals have a dielectric constant which adds capacitance and crosstalk to your mystery circuit board. You must define all physical, thermal and electrical acceptance criteria on properties of both circuit and coating!
