i want to simulate my OPAMP by pspice, so i need Last mos parameters 0.18 process

Where from can I download pspice?

both of them has copywrite law and you must buy them.
(search google you can find both of them)

You can use a program like Aimspice, it's free on the net..., search google for AimSpice...
