Need matlab script to import touchstone file - .snp

matlab touchstone

does anybody have a script or mfile that imports the data from a touchstone file into matlab?
i would like this for any arbitrary number of ports.

it only reads 1 port / 2 port network, I believe.

1st Link = Not what I wanted.
2nd Link = I saw that, read too fast, overlooked it. I tried it again, and yes, it does have what i am looking for, but it does not work properly.

there is a RF toolbox in the matlab help section
you will find straight example there

This is a function i've written for importing touchstone snp files..
Hope it will help
 
does anyone know of an *.m file that removes the 99 port restriction (I need to import a 120-port file) ? Thanks

Good post. However, you forgot to include the frequency component on the output file i.e. the ouput is only the four S parameters without frequency

hi, i am a bit new to matlab, can yo share an example how to use this function to read the .snp file

it seems has a problem when the number of ports are bigger 2.
