space frequency code matlab simulation

hi
do anybody have those matlab codes of space-time/space-frequency/space-time-frequency codes in ofdm.
recently i'd like apply the diversity of 3-D(space time frequency) to the distributed commuicaiton(distributed mimo) system based on the space-time/space-frequency/space-time-frequency codes in ofdm
