help me plz, i really need this library for my research, plz send it to me.

You can get this PDK only from TSMC or from institutions/universities under contract by TSMC (e.g. MOSIS) if you sign an NDA. By this, it is not allowed to publish such a PDK.

For research, you can use model files published by PTM, together with GPDKs from the tool providers.
